Are you happy when seeing others distress or become distressed? If you feel distress on seeing others happiness, you can never show compassion to other living entities. Wherever there is envy there is no question of love; and wherever there is love there is no question for envy. I recently read a book which states that envy is the leader of all other internal enemies. All those lust, anger, greed, illusion, and pride are included within envy.

Book: Maurene Goo – I Believe in a Thing Called Love

I might be too old to read this Young Adult Contemporary book but that did not stop me from admiring the American-Korean protagonist, Desi Lee. This book was so fun to read, and I especially liked the relationship between Desi and her Dad. I am going to take a few minutes writing this review as I will be meeting my friends in a short while.

I recently received a copy of ebook from Jonathan Green. I’d like to thank him for spending a few minutes to send me a copy of his ebook. Green’s Serve No Master: How to Escape the 9-5, Start up an Online Business, Fire Your Boss and Become a Lifestyle Entrepreneur or Digital Nomad has 25 chapters which I find it’s pretty challenging to finish within a week because I find it’s hard for me to keep on reading as every chapter deals with ‘Quit’. This is my honest review about this book.

Review: Portia Moore’s If I Break Trilogy [BOOK]

I love reading novel sometimes, only after I’ve done with reading some ‘reality’ books because too much reading fictions would turn us into a bunch of people with unrealistic goal. Well, for example, you’re looking for somebody who’s perfect (handsome, romantic, and rich). Anyway, since I joined Goodreads’ book challenge, I have decided to read 100 books within a year. It’s one of my personal goal to be accomplished this year. Today’s post is all about Portia Moore’s If I Break trilogy. Gosh, I love all her writings because I find it’s not your usual 50 Shades of Grey.

Book: Bees Like Flowers

Rebecca Bielawski’s Bees Like Flowers is another interesting children book which I personally got from the author herself. It’s a short story about the life of a bee, and teaches some good morals to the kids especially how to express gratitude such as ‘Thank You’. It’s a really nice book for kids!
