First and foremost, I’d like to shout out a wish to all great mothers all over the world a Happy Mother’s Day! I’ve seen more and more photos on my Facebook newsfeed of how my friends are celebrating Mother’s Day with their Mother, and some of them celebrate their happiness and love with their wife. I am a mother myself, but my journey as a mother is still a long way to go. I’m not sure what the future holds for me but I believe God will lead me through.
Anyway, this post is supposed to be shared with my mum but since she was absent as she was in Korea, I guess I have to team up with my mum’s youngest sister and my cousin (who wanted to join the fun). My aunt has just returned from climbing Mt. Kinabalu, and her skin has become dry and flaky. My cousin, a former Miss Sabah-World 2015, and Unduk Ngadau Inanam 2015, is experiencing dry skin, and blotchy skin due to her irregular working schedule. Kinohimitsu Bird’s Nest
My aunt and me personally love the taste of Kinohimitsu Bird’s Nest, but my cousin has to push herself to finish up the small bottle as she was imagining that she was gulping the whole bird’s nest. LOL! Anyway, we think it’s a good drink because it has no preservative agents, fragrance free, and ‘not-too-sweet’. We love the taste of white fungus. Very tasty. I had this when I was having flu, and it actually help me reducing my phlegm and sore throat.
Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Mask
This sheet mask has a very neutral and fragrance free essence. I noticed that the sheet mask is quite heavily soaked with essence. Unlike other masks which can be quite dry, or overly-soaked, I guess this is one of the best soothing mask because it doesn’t drip, and it’s well-soaked. My aunt, and cousin also agreed that this is a very good mask despite of their first time experience using sheet mask as they usually use peel-off mask. They also admit that this sheet mask is heavily soaked with the essence, and applied the essence residue onto their neck.
Both my aunt, and cousin were having redness, and dry skin. Their main concern were hydration and redness. The mask definitely delivered to both issues because they noticed that their skin was hydrated and the redness was also reduced after applying onto their skin for 30 minutes. They love how the mask worked the magic on their skin. As for my opinion, the sheet mask is definitely great to revive my tired and swollen skin due to flu.
