KoKi Bandung has opened another outlets in 1Borneo, and we were so lucky because the place wasn’t crowded because it was 5 P.M. LOL! The eatery is located on 1st Floor, Lot F833A. Just opposite the elevator. Unlike their outlet in Alamesra, this only occupies one small lot that and it only serves a very limited choice. Still, if you’re craving for the best Ayam Penyet in town, just head to KoKi Bandung in 1Borneo.
The concept is pretty different from their outlet at Alamesra. I assume it’s similar to other eateries that aims to provide express service to the customers. We were greeted by a waitress as soon as we entered the premise. Only one table was occupied during that hour. There were about 3-4 staff on duty.
Customer Service. We were entertained by a waitress who waited us to place order. It didn’t take us long to decide what we wanted to order as there were only a few listed on the menu. I was quite disappointed as the waitress didn’t smile. She rushed back to the counter once she got the order.
Environment. An ordinary eatery. Not much to expect. There were only 10 tables (if I’m not mistaken) in the premise. I just hope to be able to see new additions as I find the wall was rather empty. Maybe because the business has just started its operation. Overall, the premise was in its best condition – very clean.
Ordering Time. We both ordered Nasi Ayam Penyet set with grape juice (syrup). It took about 5 minutes for our foods to be served on the table. We were served with drinks first.
Foods (and drinks, too!). The foods were great – juicy chicken, fragrant steamed rice. The sambal was too spicy for my liking, but my hubby loves it so much. It would be great if there’s more vegetables added. The selections in the menu were limited. The drink was ok.
Pricing. The price can be expensive to some people, but as for me, the price is affordable.
