B&SOAP Mamie Blue Wash Off Pack is not a new product but I would consider this as a good wash off mask which contains Vitamin E that makes it an effective clay mask with anti-aging properties. I bought it from Althea Korea last time (during their clearance sale), and surprisingly this clay mask is infused with peppermint extracts that soothes and clarifies skin complexion. The fine bean granules (the black spots) gently scrubs away dirt and dead skin cells.
B&SOAP Mamie Blue Wash Off Pack is perfectly made for those with troubled skin or oilier complexions because this pack helps to calm skin down while balancing oil and moisture levels of the skin using deep sea mineral rich water. Some reviews might find this pack is a bit dry but as for me, there is a need to mix the mask with rose water that gives extra calming and soothing properties to the skin besides making a nice paste which is easy to be applied onto the skin.
Although the peppermint might not be as strong as it should be, I would prefer to have it that way. After using the mask for a couple of times, it is noticeable that my skin feel squeaky clean from dirts and grimes. It is great to be applied on redness or pimples as it helps to reduce the redness – in short, to calm the irritated skin. Beware. Thick consistency.
There is a slight tingling feeling since this product contains mint, but it subsides once the mask dried up. There is a need to use warm water to rinse off the mask as it is pretty hard to remove using cold water. I would massage the mask with warm water as if I’m giving my skin with the last pamper session.
This is a good wash off mask but I would not recommend this to sensitive skin. This is perfect for those with oily and acne-prone skin. I never experienced any redness or irritation after use. I use this thrice a week, when I feel my skin needs to detoxify.
