Happy Friday everyone! I hope you will have a great weekend ahead. I have been receiving lots of products for review lately, and I’ve decided to post my personal experience on Estée Lauder Crescent White Full Cycle Brightening UV Protector SPF50/PA++++ which I have been testing it for two (2) months now. The best thing about this product is that it was formulated for Asian skin that is best suited for the skin and climate.

What I Say
Packaging
It comes in a 50ml package which is quite handy and easy to bring inside the bag. I’ve never experienced with leakage as long as the product is secured tightly. It’s rather simple packaging, just like usual Estée Lauder trademark.
Texture & Coverage
It has a light, non-greasy texture, and pleasant scent. Just need a pea-sized dab as my base make-up because it can look too dewy if having too much of it. It leaves a matte finish, and does not make my skin cakey even after coating it with heavy base make-up (foundation, concealer, powder, etc). It’s a great UV protector that offers a brightening effect, as well as moisturizer.
How I Use This Product
I usually apply this UV protector after moisturiser and sunscreen. I use this as my extra UV protector because it has brightening effect, so I just focus more on the cheek, nose, forehead, and chin as I don’t want to appear like a ‘plastic wax’ doll.
Product Value
The product comes in a small tube packaging, and the price is quite expensive. It does give me the dewy looking but with such hefty price, I don’t think this is a good catch because there are plenty of other products which can give the similar result, and sold cheaper in the market.
Effectiveness
It does lighten my dark spots, maybe because constant application to sunscreen. However, it can be quite oily if applied too much. Not pretty suitable for those who are experiencing oily skin.
My Verdict
This is another great sunscreen from Estée Lauder. Unfortunately, the hefty price is a total turn-off. I can easily get similar sunscreen with SPF50 that costs less than MYR200 ($50). This product comes in a small tube which I find not worth buying unless you’re looking at the brand value rather than the product value. The benefits are there but the price is just way too high.
