It’s pretty dry and hot lately, right? I hate going outside during the day as the sun is scorchingly hot. So, staying indoor is my option but the air-conditioner makes my skin very dry. Drinking ample of water would be another option but it usually does not give my skin enough water, and makes me bloated. I was sent out with this 100% Pure Caffeine Mask for review purpose about a month ago but due to my tight schedule as well as tons of products lining up to be reviewed, this review has then delayed until my skin developed more rashes and redness. This is not a good news, and I’m sure you don’t like to have breakouts, either.

What I Say
The packaging comes with a 5-sheet hydrogel mask, and each of the mask is wrapped in a clear pack. The packaging itself states that the mask is composed of 95% water, green coffee extract, hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, Collagen, Vitamin C, among others. Frankly speaking, this is my first time trying this caffeine hydrogel mask. Prior this, I only had Bridella Beauty Bye Bye Cellulite Beauty Scrub (I will blog more about this later) which I usually apply when I take me shower.
I keep this mask in the fridge and sometimes I soak it in warm water just before using it, depending on my skin conditions. The best time to use is before bedtime. In fact, the caffeine mask can be used more than one provided that the mask needs to be cleansed before putting back into the pack, and refrigerated. Use within 3 days to prevent the ingredients to become rancid. I had my skin cleansed with Etude House Baking Powder Pore Cleansing Foam before applying this mask because I wanted the nutrients to be fully absorbed into my skin.
The mask is quite soggy and it takes a while for me to adjust it on my face. I need to lie down to have it on my face (and sometimes I asked Mr. Hubby to help me put on it). Even though the instructions mentioned that the mask should be left on the face for 15-20 minutes, I left it on for 30-45 minutes. My first application gave me a refreshing feeling, and I was expecting this mask would help me to reduce the redness, rashes, and flaky skin in which I got when trying other products sent out to me for review purpose. I developed breakouts on my chin lately, and I had to stop using some of the products in which I would write a review in my later post.
I admit that applying Anavita Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkles Cream alone did not give me the result as I wished but applying this Caffeine Mask every time before I hit the bed, and applying Anavita cream next morning gives me the result that I am looking for. In fact, my scars seem to be lighter after each mask session, and my skin condition has improved within a week. This is a very ideal mask for all skin types with add-ons that are beneficial to the skin.
Furthermore, I also asked Mr. Hubby to test this mask because he has a sensitive skin with enlarged pores. He loves this mask as it does not leave the skin with sticky feeling. We both love this because it leaves our skin smooth even after we had our face cleansed in the morning. Moreover, I love when my skin is tighten (not taut) effects making my skin looks youthful. I also love that my skin has brighten up a bit.
There are many toxic chemicals in cosmetic products that have been clinically proven to cause cancer, tumors, irritation and many different skin disorders. 100% Pure products are truly 100% Pure.
