Review: Fruit of the Earth’s Aloe Vera Gel

Kawaii Shop Modes4u.com

Fruit of the Earth’s Aloe Vera Gel has been my favourite because it only uses 100% pure aloe vera gel, and it is not mixed with any other herbal extracts like some other aloe vera skincare products. The product contains Triethanolamine which works as a humectant to attract moisture to the skin’s surface as well as functions as softening agent. Apart from that, Fruit of the Earth’s Aloe Vera Gel contains Tocopheryl Acetate which is both a skin-conditioning agent and an antioxidant.

What I Say

I bought this Fruit of the Earth’s Aloe Vera Gel from the drugstore, and it’s made from fresh Aloe Vera leaves. This non-oily gel forms a protective barrier which helps retain moisture and promotes healing from sunburn, minor burns, skin irritations, insect bites, chafing, itching, dry skin. It’s fragrance free, and will not stain.

Fruit of the Earth’s Aloe Vera Gel comes in a squeezable bottle with a flip flop cover that closes tightly thus making it more travel friendly. It has a very thick consistency that you need to squeeze the tube because it does not ooze by itself. It absorbs faster, and blends smoothly upon application. I like the fresh sensation upon application. Great for dry skin, or when you need to treat your sunburned skin. I also applied it onto my kids’ skin because it’s alcohol-free. However, this may not be suitable to be applied onto the face because this gel is a bit acidic and can be stinging.

I love this aloe vera gel because it doesn’t dry up my skin, and it’s also a perfect substitute when I need extra care for my make-up brushes because the bristles tend to be very dry after every cleaning process. Thus, applying a little aloe vera gel on the bristles make the brushes last longer.
